I hope you’re right, Matt, but I have doubts. The 2016 election (and subsequent actions by the administration) show that many people are not influenced by facts or learn from past mistakes. I’ve grown very cynical about our ability—or lack thereof—to think.

That said, I really *do* hope you’re right. It’s a better vision of the future than mine.
